1. About Sample: How could I get a sample?
We have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are 15% extra on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.1. About Sample: How could I get a sample?

2. About Price: could I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us the products (with their model number), quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.

3. About Shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent, we can ship the products to any place of the world. Shipping by air is impossible because the battery and engines is hazardous.

4. About Sole-Distributor: what about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state, country?
If you can sell our products worth US$ 10,000----50,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth US$ 50,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state, if you want to be a sole agent in your country, negotiable.

5. About placing order: how to place an order.
Email order including vehicles model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries (different countries have different power plug), consignee’s contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.

6. About Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?
Two kinds of payment:
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon fax of the bill of lading. or
W/U (Western Union) :

7. About Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment ? 
We will arrange production after confirmation of the order and payment.
1.usually within 5working days for samples after the receipt of prepaying money.
2.usually within 7-15working days for bulk order after the receipt of deposit.
But the exact time of delivery must depand on the actual produce condition of idiographic product at that time.

8. About MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): what is the minimum order quantity?
Usually 50pcs each model, but not fixed.

9. About Shipping Insurance: how to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you.

10.Quantity for Container :
20" container, can load about 28 CBM.
40" container, can load about 58 CBM.
40 HQ container, can load about 68 CBM

13, About Warranty:
1.Spares parts: 2% of the easily damaged and wore out spare parts for free of charge, based on container order.
2.We supply strong and attractive warranty for our products. we supply 6 monthes warranty for main parts under normal use as per USER MANUAL;
